About me

I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University, and hold masters’ degrees in Clinical Psychology and Counseling. I completed my clinical internship and postdoctoral training at the VA Boston Healthcare System. I am a former supervising psychologist at Mount Sinai and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine. I was also a clinical fellow at Harvard Medical School and teaching fellow at Boston University School of Medicine.

I was inspired to become a psychologist because I believe in people’s potential to drive positive change in their own lives. Working in various medical settings and community organizations have given me the opportunity to work alongside people with different backgrounds, beliefs, and perspectives. They’ve taught me skills for creating a safe and supportive space where those I work with feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate their challenges.

Whether you’re new to therapy or looking to start again, let’s work together to create positive change.

Services & Fees

I provide in-person and virtual therapy sessions in New York, and virtual for California and North Carolina residents.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone call that allows us to see if we are a good fit. During this time, I can answer any questions you might have about treatment and my therapeutic approach.

Individual therapy ($260): Once the intake is complete, we will continue with routine 45-50 sessions. These will take place virtually using HIPAA-compliant telehealth software.

*I am in-network with Aetna but not on any other insurance panels at this time, however, I can provide you with a superbill for potential reimbursement from your insurance panel.
